Strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060". After a year, on September 21 this year, General Secretary Xi Jinping once again emphasized on the same occasion, “China will strive to achieve carbon peaks by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060. This requires hard work, but we will do our best. "Go ahead" fully expresses China's determination to achieve this strategic goal. Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on the Complete, Accurate and Comprehensive Implementation of the New Development Concept to Do a Good Job in Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality", making comprehensive arrangements for efforts to promote the achievement of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.

It is of great significance to achieve the carbon peak and carbon neutral goal,  promote the internal requirements of high-quality economic and social development.
