Manual dry cleaning of solar panels

However, there are also many hidden dangers in manual dry cleaning of solar panels. Different operators have different forces and pressure on the components, which will make the components deform too much and cause the batteries to crack. Another disadvantage is that the effect of dry cleaning components is not good. Often, because of too much dust on the mop, there are some traces on the surface of the components, resulting in a large area of shadow occlusion.
Hand washed solar panels
Manual washing is performed by using water storage vehicles such as tractors or urban sprinklers equipped with water tanks to clean components with pressure sprinklers not exceeding 0.4 MPa.
Similarly, there are also many hidden dangers in hand-washed solar panels. When the pressure of water on solar panel modules is too high, it will cause the crack of the solar panels, and the change of the nozzle water pressure can not be controlled during the process. Another disadvantage is that the component dries itself after washing, and the surface of the component will be waterlogged, which is a miniature shadow shading relative to the component.
Mechanical cleaning of solar panels
At present, the cleaning equipment refitted with engineering vehicles as carriers has high power and efficiency, and the cleaning work has good consistency of pressure on solar panels. It will not produce unbalanced pressure on solar panels, resulting in cracks of solar panels, and cleaning can adopt two modes: cleaning and washing.
Cleaning Robot Cleaning
Intelligent solar panel panel cleaning robot is to install the cleaning device on the solar panel module array and realize the automatic cleaning of the solar panel module by controlling the rotation of the motor by program. This cleaning method is expensive and complicated in design. The way is to install a cleaning robot for each row of solar panel modules in the power station, which can automatically and regularly clean without any person on duty. Flat terrain solar panel power stations can be used.
Sometimes the robot is stuck by an uneven solar panel frame, and the robot can not be returned to its normal position. It is difficult for operators to locate the robot in the field.
Compared with traditional solar panel cleaning methods, intelligent cleaning robot has obvious advantages. It not only has its own energy storage, does not need to provide external power supply, resulting in a low probability of cracking solar panels, and can save labor costs, water saving, very environmentally friendly.
Of course, the cleaning of solar panel modules will be more economical and effective if different cleaning methods are adopted according to the actual situation of the project site.
