Ukraine's International Telegraph Agency (Ukraine) reported on July 11 that the Supreme Rada passed Act No. 10357, which guarantees small solar power plants on the ground to enjoy green electricity prices.

At Thursday's meeting, 228 parliamentary representatives voted to pass the bill.

Alexander Dombrovsky, chairman of the Parliamentary Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety Commission, presented the bill in the parliamentary lobby, saying, "This bill eliminates technical inconsistencies... We lift restrictions and allow families to build small solar power plants on the ground.

This is the norm that came into force before the adoption of the law (No. 2712-VIII on "green" auctions).

It is reported that on June 3, people's congressmen Lev Pidlisetsky, Alexander Dombrovsky, Olga Belkova and Alexi Ryabchin registered draft law 10357 and summarized the version of the draft law introduced in May. Act 10357 guarantees "green" tariffs for terrestrial solar plants with power below 30 kW.
