Enphase Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ENPH) have started working together with Indian firm waaree Energues Ltd
To make an altenating current solar pv module for Indian market.
Under the cooperation, the news was unveiled by the two companies on Tuesday that monocrystalline solar modules of Indian photovoltaic (PV) panel maker's will match with microinverters by Enphase.
Being called as Waaree Enphase AC modules, the modules will be assembled and shipped from the base of Waaree’s 500-MW manufacturing in Surat, Gujarat state.
The new products is already provided by Waaree’s distribution partners in India.
The US company declared that it is first partnership for AC solar modules in India. Nathan Dunn, director of Enphase Asia-Pacific, noted that the cooperation can make ENphase to broaden market in India. He added, “
Our common goal is to deliver more affordable solar power to commercial and residential customers in India,”
